3 easy steps to enjoy
your beautiful holiday home all season long!
Fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page, and our team will reach out to you to schedule your decor date. Before we arrive, we will ask you to fill out a simple online form that contains a few general questions, which will help us prepare for your decorating day.
Our team will arrive on your scheduled decorating date with our décor, ready to roll!
We will quickly assess the space and begin decorating. We will complete your decor within one working day, or less.
Our team will schedule a date for us to return for a “post-holiday/event break down” date so that we can also take down all of the holiday or event décor that we placed within your home.
For holidays, we will have all items taken down within four weeks after the holiday date.
For events, we will have all items taken down within 1 business day.
We charge $1 per square foot of the room(s) that you would like us to decorate. The total cost includes our team decorating your space as well as taking everything down after the holiday or event. We provide all of the decor for your space, and we come back to collect everything after the holiday. We focus only on the main living areas, including: the living room, dining room, entryway, and kitchen. Our decor plans and holiday items vary from client to client. Our decorators continuously source holiday décor throughout the year, resulting in a beautifully curated collection that we use within our clients’ homes. Our clients must trust that we will curate our existing collection into a beautiful design within their homes. Our holiday designs vary by holiday and can include:
Wreaths, garlands, and lights
Textiles (pillows, throws & table runners)
Small trees and/or decorative figures
Ornaments, stockings & other collections
Floor displays and wall art
Centerpieces for dining & other surfaces
Dining plates, table settings, chair covers/accessories

ADD-ONS: Tree(s) & tree decor can be added on for $300/each. We'll provide a 6-8 foot tree, setup, decor, and break down. If you would like us to decorate your existing tree instead, the add-on cost is $200 and includes setup, decor, and break down.
SPRING & FALL PORCH INSTALLS INCLUDE: Door wreath, welcome mat, signage, lantern, textiles, flowers, and seasonal decorative figures.
Our decorators continuously source holiday décor throughout the year, resulting in a curated collection that we use within our clients’ homes. Our clients must trust that we will curate our existing collection into a beautiful design within their homes. Also, no initial consultation is necessary; all you need to do is answer a few general questions before your decor appointment, and we will do the rest! Our services are not ideal for clients who wish to be extremely hands-on with the design and decorating process. Our services are best suited for homeowners who are ready for someone else to take on all the decorating work and who feel confident and comfortable that they’ll be able to sit back and enjoy their decorated home for the holiday season.

The Create House was created by sister-in-laws Miranda and Jess Bauer. The importance they both place on family, home, and holiday tradition is what drives their passion for holiday decor. Let's face it, the holidays can be STRESSFUL, but they're ultimately meant to be an opportunity for people to slow down, come together with their loved ones, and enjoy the things that are truly most important in life: each other!
